These Terms of Service govern your use of the GRID website and the coworking services we offer in Thessaloniki. By using this website or signing up for one of our plans, you agree to the terms below.

Our services

We offer workspace (hot-desk and dedicated desks), day passes, meeting rooms, and event space, according to the plans and prices listed on the website at the time you sign up.

Bookings & sign-up

Submitting a booking request through the website (form or Cal.com) does not automatically confirm a spot. A booking is confirmed only after we get in touch with you and you complete the sign-up process, including payment where required.

Pricing

Prices listed on the website, including any early-bird offers, are valid at the time they're displayed and may change without notice. The price that applies to you is the one agreed upon when you complete sign-up.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and plan-change terms are set out at the time of sign-up and may vary by plan (weekly, monthly, or day pass). Get in touch with us for details before signing up.

Code of conduct

We ask all members to respect the space, the equipment, and fellow members. We reserve the right to suspend access for a member who repeatedly violates these basic ground rules.

Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the space, WiFi, and equipment running smoothly, but we can't guarantee absolute uptime. We're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the space or interruptions in third-party services (e.g. internet provider).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law.
