GRID ("we", "us") runs a coworking space in Thessaloniki. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

When you use the booking or contact form on this site, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• The plan/service you're interested in and your desired starting date

We don't collect payment details through the website — payment is handled directly with us when you sign up.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide solely to get in touch about your request (booking a spot, a tour, or a general question) and to complete your sign-up, if you choose to proceed. We do not use your data for marketing purposes and we do not sell it to third parties.

Where your data is stored

Information submitted through the site's forms is stored in a Google Sheet controlled solely by us, via Google Apps Script. Tour bookings are handled through the third-party service Cal.com, which is governed by its own privacy policy.
